Free Weights Area
This is where the magic happens! The more significant part of the personal training sessions with my clients is held in this part of the gym which includes the bench press, squat rack, free weights, kettlebells, barbells, and much more.
Cardio and resistance machines area
This section of the gym is the cardio and exercise machines area. Each workout session should include some form of a cardio warmup. The exercise machines on the other hand will help you fill a little extra volume in your workouts and get closer to your fitness goals.
