My name is Valentin and I am a certified personal trainer with a passion for helping people achieve their fitness goals. For many many years now, I have been helping men and women get in shape and feel their best.


Whether you're looking to lose weight, build muscle, or just improve your overall health and well-being, I am here to help.

But don't let my credentials fool you – I'm not just a boring fitness nerd who spouts out facts and statistics all day. I believe that fitness should be fun and enjoyable, and I strive to make my training sessions engaging and playful. I'm not here to punish you or make you feel guilty – I'm here to help you reach your goals in a way that is sustainable and enjoyable.

Being a professional football player for ten years, I have gained a deep understanding of the dedication and determination required to achieve one's goals. This experience, combined with my certification as a personal trainer and my Sports Science Degree, has given me the knowledge and skills to help others achieve their fitness goals and live healthier lives without any restrictions! 

As your personal trainer in North West London, specifically in Hampstead and West Hampstead, I am committed to providing personalized training plans and support to help my clients achieve their desired results.
