My name is Valentin. For over nine years I’ve worked with men and women who wanted more than “getting fitter” — they wanted to feel lighter, stronger, more capable in their body and more confident in their everyday life.
Most of my clients come to me tired of starting again, feeling stiff, uncomfortable in their body or simply not recognising themselves anymore. What they leave with is a body that moves better, feels stronger and supports their life — not one that constantly holds them back.
